These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PJReaper.com, including purchases made through the website.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

PJReaper.com is operated by Rook Stone Holdings LLC under the PJ Reaper author brand. The website provides information about PJ Reaper books and related projects and may offer books, apparel, drinkware, accessories, collectibles, merchandise, and other products for purchase.

2. Intellectual Property

The PJ Reaper name, logos, branding, written material, book descriptions, website copy, fictional-world branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, book-cover elements, and other content displayed on PJReaper.com are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by PJ Reaper and/or Rook Stone Holdings LLC, as applicable. No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, republished, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to website visitors or customers.

3. Permitted Use

You may use PJReaper.com for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

4. Products and Availability

However, screen displays, manufacturing processes, print placement, embroidery, and other production variables may result in minor differences between product images and the item you receive. Products, designs, sizes, colors, prices, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary.

5. Made-to-Order Merchandise

Many PJ Reaper products are manufactured only after an order is placed. Because these products are made specifically for each purchase, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review sizing, color, product details, and shipping information carefully before submitting an order. Our separate Return & Refund Policy governs returns, damaged products, misprints, incorrect items, cancellations, and similar issues.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order because of circumstances including: Payment failure, Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, Pricing or listing errors, Product unavailability, Fulfillment limitations, Incorrect customer information or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued. Orders may enter production quickly. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and sales taxes are calculated during checkout. Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments and supported payment providers. PJ Reaper does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information when placing an order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery dates and shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders may occasionally be fulfilled from different facilities or arrive in multiple packages. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional terms regarding shipping, lost shipments, incorrect addresses, and delivery are contained in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise may qualify for replacement or refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact author@pjreaper.com before returning any product.

10. Customer Accounts

Customers may have the option to create an account on PJReaper.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update information when necessary. We may suspend or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be associated with fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.

11. Marketing Communications

Customers and website visitors may separately choose to subscribe to PJ Reaper marketing communications. Marketing subscriptions are managed through Kit. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Purchasing a product does not, by itself, require you to subscribe to marketing communications. Transactional emails regarding purchases, shipping, accounts, payments, reviews, or customer service may still be sent when necessary.

12. Product Reviews and User Content

Customers may have the opportunity to submit product ratings, written reviews, or other feedback. By submitting content for public display, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others. You grant PJ Reaper and Rook Stone Holdings LLC a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, and use submitted reviews or feedback in connection with the website, products, and business. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.

PJReaper.com relies on third-party services that may include: Squarespace, Squarespace Payments and supported payment providers, Printful, Kit.com, Shipping carriers, Amazon, Spotify, Goodreads, Social-media platforms and other booksellers, vendors, or external websites. PJ Reaper is not responsible for content, availability, privacy practices, outages, or actions of third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

The books, characters, events, organizations, locations, and fictional-world materials discussed or depicted through PJ Reaper projects are works of fiction except where expressly stated otherwise.
